Just as the proverbial growth in the right environment, philanthropy can also experience transformational growth with the right conditions, pruning and cultivation. This deep-dive session will guide participants through a case study of a three-year philanthropy operations turnaround, which resulted in 300% growth in net contributions in just 36 months. Participants will walk away with tools and strategies for maximizing their philanthropy efforts and attracting individual, corporate and foundation investment.
After 15 years of providing consulting services and fundraising training to nonprofit organizations across the U.S., I felt a calling to return to direct, hands-on fundraising in 2008 in one of the most challenging economies in the U.S. - Detroit, Michigan. The purpose of Fundraising Transformed is to share my fundraising experiences, observations, and strategies towards helping you create, sustain and transform your nonprofit organization's fundraising results in a measurable and meaningful way, and ultimately those you serve through your mission.
