Direct Response managers have three main places where they start looking at data – when planning the fundraising campaign, analyzing past results to inform decisions on an upcoming campaign or help determine tests to run, and then analysis of that data… This discussion will highlight where to start when testing, and what numbers to use (and to avoid) when evaluating results.

Attendees will learn how to

  • Ask the right questions
  • Apply the most appropriate statistics
  • Avoid common analytical errors and overcoming bias
  • Design tests and interpret the results.
