Building off more than two decades’ leadership experience, and driving strategic growth and visibility within the nonprofit arena helped Susan form the basis for her present focus Link2Change. Susan founded Link2Change with the intent to provide sustainable solutions to the region’s nonprofits to help them maximize mission impact by strengthening fundraising capacity. She is solely invested in the significant role nonprofit’s play and the greater impact they have on our regions’ economic and social well--‐being. As a donor landscape architect, she develops impact by design strategies that develop relationships for results.
Susan has over 30 years’ experience within the nonprofit field working with both large and grass root organizations. Twenty five of these years have been spent in various leadership roles as an employee, including Executive Director who established a foundation. As a former Executive Director/Development Officer she appreciates the many challenges and opportunities nonprofits deal with each day, and also knows the importance of building a strong relationship with your donors. Additionally, her role as a volunteer has incorporated sitting on various committees and boards in different capacities for more than a decade in the Mid-Hudson Valley Region.
Susan holds a nursing degree from Edge Hill College, England, a Bachelor of Science from Marist, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. She has completed several post graduate courses in the Doctorate of Education Organizational Leadership Program at Sarasota University, and is a graduate of Leadership Sullivan and the Mid-Hudson Pattern for Progress Fellows Program.
