The Sr. Associate of Employee Emgagement and Development builds new relationships while deepening and engaging current relationships to retain and recruit staff and build the Access image through branding and engagement activities. The Sention Associate of Engagement and Development has functional reponsibilitiy to independently plan, communicate, analyze recognition as well as researching, presenting and implementing staff recogntion strategies and programs.
In addition, this role supports the social media and web of Access showcasing staff engagement, while maintaining a strong community voice through the agency website which strengthens the agency's mission of rewaring lives and healthy communities. Superior written and verbal communication are essential as well as ability to multi task and set priorities with little input and direction to support an organization that employs over 1200 staff. provides a wide variety of services and is spread across 9 counties. The Senior Associate of Engagement and Development manages internal and external relationships, is an active energetic problem solver, optimistic, solution focused, and able to work in both a team setting and independently.
